General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Supranee Thai Massage

1. Scope of Application and Provider

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products offered by Supranee Thai-Massage, represented by Supranee Yanphipat Stiefel with registered office at the following address: Schwärzen 33, 8185 Winkel, hereinafter referred to as "Supranee Thai-Massage".

1.2 These GTC govern the legal relationship between Supranee Thai-Massage and its customers in connection with the provision of massage services and the sale of products in the practice and in the online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

2.1 A contract between Supranee Thai-Massage and the customer is concluded as soon as a booking for a massage service has been made or a product has been ordered in the online shop.

2.2 By making a booking or placing an order, the customer declares his agreement with these GTC.

3. Services

3.1 Supranee Thai Massage offers a variety of massage services, including Thai massages, traditional Thai oil massages, foot reflexology and other treatments, subject to availability and booking.

3.2 The prices for the services offered are shown in the current Supranee Thai-Massage price list and are inclusive of VAT.

4. Appointment and Cancellation

4.1 Appointments for massages can be made by telephone, in person at the practice or online via the Supranee Thai Massage website.

4.2 Customers are requested to cancel appointments in good time if they are unable to attend. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. In the event of later cancellation or no-show, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged.

4.3 Supranee Thai Massage reserves the right to cancel appointments for important reasons, such as illness or force majeure. In this case, Supranee Thai Massage will arrange a new appointment with the customer without incurring any additional costs.

5. Payment

5.1 Payment for services in the practice can be made in cash or via TWINT.

5.2 Various common Swiss payment methods are available in the online shop, including credit card, PostFinance, TWINT and bank transfer. The payment methods in the online shop can be found on the Supranee Thai-Massage website.

6. Products in the Practice and in the Online Shop

6.1 Supranee Thai Massage offers various products for sale in the practice and in the online shop, including high-quality massage oils, care products and accessories. The products are subject to the respective product descriptions and prices that are communicated in the online shop.

6.2 The delivery of products takes place within Switzerland and is subject to the stated delivery times and shipping costs, which are communicated in the online shop.

7. Liability

7.1 Supranee Thai Massage accepts no liability for damage to health or injury resulting from improper use of the services or products offered.

8. Return Policy

8.1 Please note that due to the nature of our services and products, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.

9. Privacy Policy

10. Modification of the GTC

11.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
